Planning a Goa wedding from abroad

When you live in another country, you can't visit the venue every month or meet five different vendors. You need one team in Goa that you trust to handle all of it. That is what we do.

Our Approach

Why one team matters
more from abroad

Behind every celebration is a team that listens, plans carefully and takes responsibility
for the details. With our own workshop, involved founders and honest conversations about budgets,
we bring clarity and personal attention to your wedding journey.

Both families, all the functions

A full Indian wedding, done properly

Mehndi, haldi, sangeet, the ceremony and the reception. We plan and build for each.

Family gathered on low seating at a marigold-decorated mehndi

Mehndi & Haldi

The mehndi and the haldi are where families actually spend time together. They happen in daylight, often outdoors, and people move around. The setting should be colourful, comfortable and easy to be in.

Family performing on a lit sangeet stage

Sangeet

The sangeet is a show, and your family is the cast. It needs a real stage, real lighting and a screen people can see from the back. We build the stage and bring our own equipment.

Mandap & Ceremony

The mandap is where the wedding actually happens, and it is in every photograph that matters. We design yours around your ceremony and build it ourselves.

Reception

At the reception, every guest comes up to meet the couple, and every one of them takes a picture. The stage has to look good for hours, from close up and from across the room.
